Fan Fiction?[]

What is the source of this material? If it's just fan fiction, I'd like to suggest it be deleted. Endasil 02:39, April 17, 2010 (UTC)

This article is a steaming pile of crap. Would be a candidate for speedy deletion on most wikis... -- SaganamiFan 00:45, May 31, 2010 (UTC)
The 2010 presidential elections began almost 2 years before the actual nomination. Discussing mere potential candidates less than 1 year and 5 months out is no worse than discussing who will lead the Republican party in 2012. Get off your high horse and learn to recognize that the American people are ready for the next election to occur. -- 75.170.175.116 01:50, July 20, 2010
Dude, are you delusional or something? This wiki is about a TV show that ended in 2006 without even specifying most of the fictional government in office after the last election. The wiki is for collecting canonical information, not for continuing the story as fan-fiction. At least that's how just about every other wikia wiki works. If this is a fan-fiction project, please tell me so, 'cause I don't wanna waste my time reading stupid shit about what fans think should happen. -- SaganamiFan 11:02, July 27, 2010 (UTC)

Delete this please![]

Newer fans don't need to be confused with made up stories from some random person. Go to a fanfic site!--(unsigned)

I agree that this isn't a fanfic site. The fan fiction stuff is a little annoying, in lieu of an actual West Wing wiki. I wouldn't be adverse to another wiki expanding on the West Wing universe (its future, past, et cetera), but this specific site should document what we know and nothing more. I wrote this article four years ago, and defended it, back when it was just using referenced in-show material.--Tim Thomason 18:42, August 9, 2010 (UTC)
