Kazakhstan, a sovereign country between the nations of China and Russia. They have huge oil resources and has been negotiating with both China and Russia on selling this to them. President Isitov was in favor of negotiating with China, but after his assassination in 2005, any and all efforts on proceeding with the negotiations has been postponed. The Chinese delegation was in late 2005 thrown out of Kazakhstan, resulting in a crisis between the three countries. (Undecideds)
