John Billingsley played Dr. John Fallow in the episode Somebody's Going to Emergency, Somebody's Going to Jail. He is perhaps best known for his role known for his role as Doctor Phlox on the television series Star Trek: Enterprise and is married to Bonita Friedericy. He has also had recurring roles on Scrubs, 24 and a starring role on The Nine and starred in the films Out of Time and 2012 (with Oliver Platt).
