James Madison
From West Wing Wiki
James Madison was President of the United States during the early 19th century. He was married to Dolly Madison.[1]
Prior to his Presidency, Madison famously wrote the Constitution, including parts regarding the Congress's ability to approve a budget.[2]
President Madison dealt with a Congress that wished to make English the National Language. This fact was noted by Donna Moss in a report she gave to Josh Lyman in 2000.[3]
Leo McGarry believed that Madison probably ran his presidency off of a message calendar.[4]
