Dalton Millgate

Dr. Dalton Millgate is a physics professor who comes to speak to Sam, his former pupil in college, about the urgent need of investing in a Superconducting Super Collider. His determination about this urgency is due to a recent cancer diagnosis. Despite Sam's relevant position in The White House, the professor still treats him with certain condescending familiarity.
