Bill "Billy" Kentworthy was a reporter for the Wall Street Journal during Pilot. He meets Sam Seaborn at a bar and presses him on Josh Lyman's status following the incident with Mary Marsh. He was convinced that Lyman would be forced to resign to appease Al Caldwell.
