Jen was at the shoots in Washington D.C. March 4 and 5 2006: "I was at the White House during scenes with Allison Janney, Joshua Malina, Jimmy Smits, and Teri Polo that have already been discussed.
Today, Terri Polo, Jimmy Smits and Michael O'Neill filmed scenes at a school in Cleveland Park. Then, Martin Sheen, [Jimmy] Smits and [Teri] Polo filmed scenes in an arch at the Environmental Protection Agency building. I believe it was supposed to double as the entrance to Capital Hill. Parts of it looked familiar from Bartlet's second inauguration and the MS/re-election press conference. They also filmed a motorcade shot there."
